Saturday Squat Workout Routine

Quick workout this morning...

1A) Deadlift (3x12)
1B) Pushup Plank on Fists (2xMax) - taken from recommendations by the instructors at: http://www.russianmartialart.com/

2) Olympic Squat (3x12)

3A) Pistols (2 sets of max reps)
3B) Back Extension on ball with weight held behind head (2x15)

Next week I will push the weights up a little heavier.

You can't train HEAVY and HIGH REPS,
