1-arm Pushups & Pistols

Did another bodyweight exercise workout today at the hotel in Baltimore. But
unlike Sunday's bodyweight training session, I focused on harder exercises.

3 sets of 2 reps for 1-arm pushups
4 sets of 3-5 pistols
3 sets of pullups
4 sets of 15 bodyweight rows
3 sets of 20 pushups & elevated pushups
3 sets of DB rear delt raises
2 sets of single-leg RDLS
3 sets of dips

I think that was it.
