Crazy Eight Bodyweight Workout

Just finished up a bodyweight circuit that will be in the July Hardcore
Bodyweight program...it was tough. 8 exercises, split into 2 groups of 4, so
you get a little break in between.

Total body. Totally tough.

You'll love it...and it will be available July 1st.
