CB Performs Brady Quinn's Workout from Men's Health Magazine

Build NFL Strength in 6 Weeks - watch Craig Ballantyne demonstrate the exercises from Brady Quinn's workout that was recently featured in Men's Health magazine (July 2007).

For a video showing regular bench press technique, front squat form, and all of Brady Quinn's video, go here.

Brady Quinn's workout centers on exercises that build strength, stability, speed, and power in the least amount of time.

According to Men's Health, "Quinn trains his upper body and lower body in every workout, with basic, muscle-building exercises that keep his metabolism elevated.

But here's the best part: Whereas most workouts focus on just one goal, like boosting strength, Quinn's routine has multiple payoffs. You'll lift heavy weights to increase strength, and you'll perform exercises with explosiveness to bolster power and athleticism.

What's more, by using a classic training technique called isometric holds, you'll stimulate muscle growth and stabilize your most injury-prone joints."

The workout was designed by a trainer at the Athlete's Performance Gym in Arizona, and I think that's where Brady trained...the link to the video is below...
