Last month I flew all the way to California just to have a nutrition expert yell at me!

But I asked for it.

your such an idiot
you don't deserve any of the fame you have. Fool!

Get some real knowledge about nutrition, go take a look at WAPF foundation, or something trustworthy instead of trying to make a buck out of everything, and now by promoting a veggie diet

This used to be a very good blog to follow. I agree that it appears you have lost your mind.

c'mon people, they're giving these plans away for free (this is definitely not "trying to make a buck") and Craig tried the diet on himself, it's not that he's promoting something he doesn't believe.

They're decent meal plans. Except for the tofu and such, ughh.

The rest is great.

What did she say was bad about yours Craig?

Americas top vegetarian nutrition expert?Professional? What are her credentials? I think Dr. Neil Barnard,Dr. Joel Fuhrman, Dr.Gabriel Cousins..would be more qualified to be vegetarian nutrition experts.I think my dollar would be better spent on their books.

You guys gotta chill out. Not good for your health to be so angry.

My diet mistake was depending too much on stuff like Amy's Organic Chili...too much sodium. Just gotta be careful with that.

I've been trying the vegetarian thing by accident for the past couple of weeks. Just started buying a ton more veggies and fruits with the prices down right now.

Keep it up!

Guys keep in mind that eating vegetarian or vegan goes much, much deeper than simply eating fruits and veggies.

You must know proper food combinations and which combinations are healthy and which are not. Some can make you gain fat and others super energy and leanness.

If the American Diabetic Association endorses vegetarian diets, quickly run and buy some beef! The ADA’s diet recommendations are keeping them dependent on medications that produce large weight gains by added to their insulin productions and thusly their insulin resistance. The ADA idea on diet are killing diabetics. I have nothing against large amounts of vegetables in the diet, low carb dieters eat a lot of non-root non-starch vegetables but grains like corn, wheat and rice are killers. Don’t fear the butter, fear the bread.
