Squats and Jumps

Just a quick workout update.

Messed my shoulder up a little bit (strained teres minor and infraspinatus) doing some weird bodyweight stuff on Sunday, so no upper body today.

Today I did...

1) Jumps - 3x6

2) Squats - 3x5, 1x8, 1x12

3) Good Morning - 1x12

4) Back Extensions - 3x15

And I filmed this for you yesterday...

Hope your shoulder gets better soon. Your workout looks great. I especially like the warm up. As a group exercise instructor I will definately see how I can incorporate your warm up movements into a class format.
