I'm weak from those 10-14 days off regular training. It was frustrating in the gym today.

My training today:

1B) Med ball chest pass into ground

2A) Rack Lockout
2B) Seated row

3A) Ring pullups
3B)

4A) Rotator Cuff

ing triceps.
