Success Stories and Experiments

For today and the next 7 days, I'll be doing experimental workouts, and giving my "lab rats" some experiments as well. Today, I trained with some new stuff, as did a TT Meathead client. I used some depletion experiments for upcoming Xtreme TT that will be a bonus for a project in late May. Meatheads + Xtreme = Good times.

In the meantime, check out these 2 new TT success stories (and each has won a 1-year Platinum TT Membership - and you can too, just send in your success story, and you might be chosen)

Hi there. I've been reading about TT and am wondering if you have a TT iPhone app in the works. I checked out the men's fitness app, but unless I'm missing something, it just has a few of your recommendations for routines.

Thanks,
Danny

No, i have no idea what a TT iphone app would do.

Sorry,

It would be nice if a TT iphone app

1. had all the TT 4 week programs on it... maybe with options to buy special ones.

2. tracked how much weight you lift each session, and estimate calories burned

3. track calories from interval training

4. had alarms to tell you when your rest periods were over

Just an idea... though rly late...
