Get Up Early

Woke up at 4am today, decided to go with the flow and just got up early. Has allowed me to get a good head start on a big to do list. Flying to Europe
tonight, so I have a few deadlines to meet. Early to rise is the best way for me.

Hit a great deadlift workout around 7 am. Should be able to hit an upper body workout in Vilnius, Lithuania on Thursday, and then bodyweight workouts in the
woods for the next week while hiking. Maybe a gym workout in Austria or Copenhagen before I fly home.

After training, I tried cherries in a blender drink today...didn't like it. On the other hand, I like adding cinnamon to green smoothies.

Whatever is in your way, you're stronger than it, you're tougher than it, and you're better than it. You're going to beat it.

Stress makes us grow. But you choose the direction of growth. Stress can make you stronger and tougher, or bitter and angry. Don't take the easy way out.
