Today's training. Early morning hill runs. Saw some bunny rabbits. Normal ones, not the killer type. Good times.

Yesterday was a good session too.

I put together some excellent new 5x5 bodyweight circuits for the new Bodyweight Cardio 5 program. Did those in my hotel room yesterday morning in Jersey. Legs are a little sore today...also borrowed a few new exercises from Alwyn Cosgrove's latest "new rules" book. Great hotel room session
