12 Rules

Today's a holiday here in Ontario, but the gym was open early and that meant it was empty. Literally empty. Just me and my own private gym. Good workout.

My workout - Bench, Pullups, Db press, DB row, high rep T-bar rows, triceps extensions, and bb curls.
