Fitness Book and Workout QnA

Answer:  Find the best trainer you can and have them mentor you. Work for free if you must. It's the best education. Q: How many books do you read a month? And in what genres? Do you balance marketing and business with fitness/strength/health? Answer: For fitness info, I stick to websites rather than books. I start about 4 books a month but I don't finish all of them. They are mostly history and then some business and marketing books. Most biz and marketing books should be 6 page articles, not entire books.
