Insane Workout Filming

Yes, you CAN lose fat on the weekend.

Now you don't have to be like me, and spend 9.5 hours filming Turbulence Training workouts. I personally went through TT Original Workout A, TT 2K3 Workout A, and TT 2K4 Workout A (all follow-along style), and then also filmed a few reps of each exercise from May's TT Meatheads 5x5 program.

Plus, I coached Certified Turbulence Trainers through 6 other workouts. I'm beat. But we have 6 more hours of filming tomorrow morning.

But it's all going to be worth it to deliver TT 2.0 to you soon.

Again, you shouldn't do that. But you should stay consistent with your training.

By the way, research shows that if you train with someone getting the results that you want to get, then you have a better chance of achieving those results. Choose your training partners wisely!

But more important, fat loss is about nutrition.

And on the weekend...the time when everyone who is struggling to lose fat falls off their nutrition plan...here's something to consider: If there is junk food in your house, you're going to eat it. So if you don't want to eat it, get it out of your house. Otherwise, accept the fact you're going to eat it eventually. That's just the way it is, and that's how good diets go bad. It's like putting water on a gremlin after midnight.

Maybe you need to replace pleasure from eating with pleasure from something else?

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
“Over and over again, we lose site of what is important and what isn’t. We crave things over which we have no control, and not satisfied by the things within our control. We need to regularly stop and take stock; to sit down and determine within ourselves which things are worth valuing and which things are not.” – Epictetus, The Art of Living

“If you refuse to think of yourself as a victim – if you refuse to let your inner self be conquered by your external circumstances – you are likely to have a good life, no matter what turn your external circumstances take.” – William B. Irvine

Take full responsibility for your environment and behaviors. Everything you do sets you up for success or puts another obstacle in your way.

PS - But this weekend was NOTHING...

...compared to what we have coming up in June!

Sweet...just confirmed John “Roman” Romaniello and Adam “Born?” Bornstein for the www.TTSummit.com on June 21-22…and I’m buying all attendees a copy of their book, and YES, there will be a bonus book signing for all in attendance. What a weekend this is going to be!
