This is the day to change and do these workouts

Stop saying you want to change if you’re not actually going to do anything about it.

If you want to change, take action today, even if it is just the tiniest step in the right direction.

Visit a website to learn more about how to achieve your goal. Buy a book. Start reading the ones you have. Contact people who can help you.

Take that first action step.

And then take another one tomorrow, and another the day after that. Every single day from now on take another step forward toward your goal, toward the change you want to make. Never stop and never give up.

Remember...

No matter how difficult your situation is right now, there has been someone, somewhere, in worse circumstances that was able to overcome their demons and go on to achieve the same – or even greater goals – than the ones you are pursuing right now. You must never, ever, ever give up on what is important to you.

And here's a great conditioning challenge for you:
600 Rep Challenge
1) 25 Kettlebell Swings
2) 25 Bodyweight Squats
3) 10 Med Ball Slams
- Repeat for 10 rounds with 30 seconds between rounds.
- Train hard but safe! Rest longer if needed.
