Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
Doing the right things brings you less stress and more results. It couldn’t be any simpler than that. So your job is to make the “right things” easier to do. That means staying out of environments that tempt you to make the wrong decisions. That means spending less time with the people that tempt you to make poor choices. You only have one life. It can be right and simple, or wrong and frustrating. We all know what to do…now it’s time to do it.

"Your real goal is to figure out how to honour your calling, and get paid for it. If you can do that, that makes your life that much easier.” – Oprah

And so with that advice, let’s get clear on:

A) What you want to do
B) What you can do
C) What you’re willing to do

If the answers to all three of those questions are not congruent, then you will always struggle. Period. And here’s a dirty little secret. That’s okay. Maybe you don’t really want to be successful. That means you just have to go back and adjust your answers to A and B based on C. Because the answers to C really determine your standing in life.

You can't change all that is wrong in this great big world, but YOU can have an impact, even if it is just a tiny, positive impact on a stranger that receives a smile from you on the street today. There's so much we can do for others, and in the end, what we do for others ends up benefiting us 10-fold. So let's do this. Let's make our little worlds amazing today.
