Craig,

I love these workouts you have been posting! Are they random things you are coming up with or part of a structured program?

I am about 15%bf and trying to get to 10%. Would you count calories, carbs, IIFYM, fast, or all of the above?

I have purchased your simple nutrition but am still confused on how to get real lean. Any tips?

Thanks Craig!

Jason

Hi Jason, the workouts I post are my personal program. Top secret!

For nutrition, pick one approach and stick with it for at least 4 weeks. Use either Eat-Stop-Eat, BeyondDiet.com or xtremefatlossdiet.com or go Paleo. Don't mix and match. Keep it simple and follow the expert instructions. Let me know how it goes!
