Doggy Intervals

I continue my off week from heavy lifting today. After a dog walk I went straight to a 20minute, 23second conditioning circuit. Sweat was pouring, quads were weakening, and fat was burning. It went like this:

Total Body Extension (30), Box Jump (10), Jump Rope (50), Slam Ball (15), Power Wheel Rollout (15). 5 rounds. 20 min, 23 secs

Then Coach B showed me his workout. Ok, sprints! And then? Rest. OK, great, intervals! I get it. Thanks coach!

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
"Criticism is necessary and useful; it is often indispensable; but it can never take the place of action, or be even a poor substitute for it. The function of the mere critic is of very subordinate usefulness. It is the doer of deeds who actually counts in the battle for life, and not the man who looks on and says how the fight ought to be fought, without himself sharing the stress and the danger." - Theodore Roosevelt

Push on,

Craig Ballantyne, CTT

PS - Be a good person, say and do good things, and attract good people into your life. Surrounding yourself with good makes you better. It's that simple.
