#1 worst fat burning mistake

What's the first thing that comes to YOUR mind when you think about how to lose weight and burn fat? If you said "cardio", you're not alone. Hopping on the elliptical at a steady pace for 45-60 minutes is the go-to workout for most people trying to shed those extra pounds. Sounds good, right?

It's NOT. (Research from Harvard now proves this, too.) The GOOD news is that there is a NEW way to do cardio so that you can literally burn double the calories in half the time and you avoid the negative side effects of slow cardio, such as weight loss plateaus or overuse injuries.

For example, my clients Helen and Rob were the Cardio Queen & King back in the day. They had a "more is better" attitude, thinking the more cardio they did, the more weight loss. But instead they got chronic injuries (hip pain for Helen, bad knees for Rob) and mental burn out.

If you've been doing slow cardio on the elliptical or treadmill in hopes of losing weight for 2015, I want to spare you the injuries and disappointments. Learn from Helen and Rob's mistakes and use what REALLY works...

PS - Once you start doing cardio the RIGHT way...

...you'll finally start seeing the pounds melt away - fast (and it'll make you instantly realize how wrong you were doing it before!).

You will literally FEEL the difference in minutes...and it will actually be fun, will give you more energy (instead of draining you), and it will take you less than half the time as your old, boring cardio routine.

PPS - Success is simple once you accept that you have to change...

...because only then will you have the right mindset to take action & achieve. With this attitude, you will be willing to persevere through the dark days, to push through the dips, and never give up on what is important to you.

Let's go! Start today!
