More details on the next contest coming soon...

Today is going to be a relaxing day in Rio. We don't have any events planned, and after yesterday's snoozefest (diving), I'm going to take the chance to catch up on some work in anticipation of a big September.

We're releasing ETR University, having a big Mastermind, and I'm speaking at several events... plus taking on new coaching clients. Good times ahead!

Today's Workout at the local gym:

1A) Seated Row
1B) Mobility

2A) Barbell Row
2B) Face Pull

3A) Shrug
3B) Abs

And in other interesting news...

My streak is over.

I finally drank out of a plastic water bottle again... 350 days after starting this transformation.

I made it through multiple trips around America, and even a 3-week journey to Europe this summer, but I wasn't able to overcome the travel hassles to Brazil this week.

But when I return to North America, it's back to boxed water.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
We often go through long periods of doing the work with minimal results...and then we experience the WHOOOOOSH effect when a big breakthrough occurs leading to incredible results in a short amount of time. But this happens when you do the work, when you fight the resistance, and when you persist.

Stay strong,

Craig Ballantyne, CTT
