Tennis and Training in Rio

Joel and I stumbled into an odd gym on Thursday morning. It had normal equipment, maybe a little old, but it was packed into a tiny space. Imagine having gym equipment in the rooms of your house, all packed close together.

That's kind of what it was. We did a variety of things.

Gymnastics on Thursday was fantastic. Tennis on Friday was hilarious. The Brazilians don't care much for tennis etiquette. The official match "shusher" was exasperated, repeatedly asking for "Silencio".

The Brazilians were singing and drinking and whooping and hollering because they had a local guy in a match against Nadal. Nadal played the villain and came back to win after getting crushed in the first set.

Brazilian tennis fans + beer + Rafa Nadal comeback = very entertaining afternoon at the Olympics

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
Is the life you're living worth what you are giving up to have it? You are not going to be a billionaire…so…how will you measure your life? How much money do you need? How much work do you need to do? What part of your life is suffering from your chase? Where are the holes in your life that you need to completely repair, not just patch over? Those matter more than money.

Off for a big adventure now,
