Back on Track with a Perfect Day and Garage Gym Workout

Alright, after a few days of recovery, I'm back.

There were a few good workouts along the way, and today it was down to the garage gym at Bedros Keuilian's house for the following fun:

1A) Double KB Front Squat - 20 reps
1B) KB RDL - 20 reps

2A) KB Split Squat
2B) RKC Plank

And yesterday was ...

1A) Pushups
1B) Chinups

2A) Face Pull
2B) 1-Arm KB Overhead Press

Sore lats today!
