Miami Front Squat Workout

Alright, so a great session in the gym today, along with a smooth journey to Miami yesterday.

Had a good rib eye steak at STK Miami last night, fueling today's workout:

1A) Front Squat - 2 reps short of a PR... legs had it, but wrists did not!
1B) Mobility

2A) DB Reverse Lunge
2B) Leg Curl

Later today I'll go for another big walk around the water.
