And we've just published the finalists of our latest contest.
We're also running another 21-Day Habit Change Challenge on Facebook, and I'm having a lot of fun with mine. Here's the update...
My Habit Change: Do ONE Thing Every Day That Scares You
Day 1 – Contacted an ex to renew relationship
Day 2 – 1st ever TT Live Facebook Fitness show
Day 3 – ETR FB Live talking about Day 1
Day 4 – Tough meeting & difficult conversation with coaching client
Day 5 – FB Live interview with my business partner, Matt Smith
Day 6 – Waited until my entire boarding group had boarded before boarding the airplane... trust me, this was uncomfortable!!! :)
Day 7 – Speaking in front of 50 entrepreneurs and asking for a speaking critique
Day 8 – Breakthrough Personal Development Day with therapist, Sean Stephenson
Day 9 – Just wait till you hear about what I did... story coming tomorrow!
Alright, so let's get to my Monday and Tuesday Meathead workouts...
Monday Meathad Deadlift Day at the YMCA was so much fun.
1A) Hang Clean
3A) Light Deadlift
3B) Cable Abs
Fun, fun, fun.
I figured, why do other exercises. Just do more deadlifts!
Today it was a garage gym on the farm on a nice Spring day.
1A) Dumbbell Chest Press
1B) Band Pull
2A) DB Close-Grip Incline Press
Tomorrow should be some arms and kettlebell swings.
Ol' Bally and I have also been having some great dog walkery.
Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
Bedros Keuilian always told me, "How you do anything is how you do everything." I resisted this for a long time.
But then I realized success lay in every ritual, from how you start the day to how you enter a room to how you take care of yourself to how you make yourself present with your loved ones.
Always do everything with dedication... and Love.
Craig Ballantyne, CTT
PS - Holy cow!!!
